passed a motion approving the following amendments to the 2005 Learning Portfolio Summary (LPS)
and Professional Development (PD) requirement statement on the 2005 M.Ph.A. Practicing Licence Application:
For the 2006 licence renewal process, pharmacists are required to submit a 2005 Learning Portfolio Summary (LPS) along with all
Professional Development Log (PDL) sheets documenting participating in learning activities for the period of November 1st, 2004 to
October 31st, 2005. To meet the PD requirement, pharmacists must participate in a minimum of 25 hours of PD activities of which
at least 15 hours (equivalent to 15 CEUs) must be comprised of accredited learning activities and the remaining balance of 10 hours may
be comprised of either accredited or non-accredited learning activities.
