The application fee is due with the application
The estimated inspection costs and inspector charges are due prior to the on-site inspection. An itemized statement will be issued and a refund given for any portion of the costs advanced that is not used.
The annual participation fee is due prior to release of the Seal

| Newly Opened or Acquired Pharmacies: |
$100 processing fee must be submitted for each pharmacy opened since initial or renewed VIPPS certification awarded.
