Meetings Overview

NDSAC members review and analyse submissions from sponsors requesting scheduling placements and also conduct independent research of the issues as needed.

Meeting quorum is five voting members with voting by simple majority. Members must attend at least three out of four meetings per calendar year and not be absent for two consecutive meetings. Violation of this attendance requirement will result in automatic forfeiture of membership on the committee.
