Applicants who provide evidence of having actively practised in a Canadian jurisdiction for:

*Appraisal training is served under the immediate supervision of a pharmacist licensed and practising in Saskatchewan. Length of training depends on applicant's competence (min 1 month, max 2 years). Upon completion, the preceptor must provide statement of performance to SCP.

Requirements for Initial Licensure in Yukon as of April 1, 2007

Any person who applies to be registered under the Pharmacists Act, and who meets the other requirements for registration set forth in the Act and in the Regulations, is eligible for registration if that person completes the application form and returns it to the Licensing Officer along with the following:
- The required registration and licensing fees
- A certified copy of a degree from a recognized school of pharmacy
- A certified copy of the certificate of qualification from the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (if applicant obtained the certificate)
- A certified copy of the licence(s) from the jurisdiction(s) the applicant is currently licensed in
- A letter of good standing from the province in which the applicant most recently practised
- A certified copy of the document(s) which legally entitle the applicant to reside in Canada (i.e. birth certificate)
- Completed application and photograph
